Aerial Building Surveys

We carry out surveys to all buildings in all sectors throughout the UK

Building Surveys

Using drone technology to access high level, inaccessible or unsafe areas of the building such as roof coverings, chimneys or behind parapets is a highly efficient way to assess the condition as opposed to erecting and moving scaffold or hiring a MEWPs (Mobile Working Elevated Platforms) both of which are expensive and time consuming.

At Drone360 Surveyors, we specialise in conducting building surveys for both residential and commercial clients and provide a series of detailed high resolution images or high definition video so that you have all the information you need to understand the condition of the most hard to reach areas and prepare an accurate schedule of work to addresses any repairs/remedial works.

This type of survey is particularly beneficial when preparing schedules for tendering, S20 Consultation, snagging and defect analysis and you can even accompany our pilot on site during the flight and view a live feed of the footage captured.

At Drone360 Surveyors, we can also provide Chartered Building Surveying expertise via our sister company MLCS3. MLCS3 are a RICS (Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors) Regulated Company and our team of Chartered Building surveyors operate throughout the UK and in many cases accompany our pilots to undertake the survey and provide a detailed survey report for the client.
